Six years ago today, Forbes published an article sharing my story and the mission behind the work we were building in healthcare.

At the time, it felt surreal.

Like many entrepreneurs, there’s a sense of validation when your work is recognized publicly. But as I look back on that article today, I realize it was never really about business growth, revenue, or headlines.

It was about purpose.

It was about my “WHY.”

That “WHY” was born long before any company existed.

It came from watching my parents work tirelessly to create opportunities for our family while navigating the emotional and financial realities of a healthcare system that too often fails the very people it’s supposed to protect.

When you experience that firsthand, it changes you.

You begin to realize healthcare is not just an industry.
It’s not just contracts, insurance plans, or spreadsheets.

Healthcare impacts families.
It impacts stress levels.
It impacts financial security.
It impacts quality of life.
And sometimes, it impacts generations.

That experience became the foundation for everything we’ve built.

Over the last six years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible employers, advisors, healthcare leaders, partners, and innovators who all believe the same thing:

There has to be a better way.

Together, we’ve challenged long-standing assumptions in healthcare and employee benefits. We’ve helped organizations rethink transparency, direct contracting, pharmacy strategy, fiduciary responsibility, and how healthcare should truly serve people.

But what I’m most proud of isn’t the business growth.

It’s the community.

We’ve built relationships with people who care deeply about making healthcare more human, more transparent, and more sustainable for employers and families alike.

We’ve created conversations that didn’t exist before.
We’ve pushed innovation into spaces that resisted change.
And we’ve continued proving that disruption is possible when purpose leads the way.

Most importantly, this journey has allowed me to honor my parents every single day.

Everything we continue to build is rooted in the sacrifices they made and the lessons they taught me about hard work, resilience, and helping others.

Their story became my responsibility.

And while the work has evolved tremendously over the years, the mission remains incredibly simple:

Help ensure fewer families have to experience the hardship that ours did.

That mission continues to drive me every morning.

Not the titles.
Not the recognition.
Not the revenue.

The impact.

As I reflect on the last six years, I’m filled with gratitude for everyone who has been part of this journey — clients, partners, mentors, friends, team members, and the broader community we continue to build together.

Thank you for believing in the vision.
Thank you for supporting the mission.
And thank you for helping us continue pushing forward.

Because we are still just getting started.
